Returns.

All the products purchased in Madeincanaryislands.com can be returned by sending an email that includes the reason why the purchase it’s being returned to info@madeincanaryisalnds.com, during the 7 days term since the receipt of the order in the client’s address.

If the reason for returning is due to damage in the packaging you could reject the delivery by indicating to the delivery company the reason or you could accept the delivery and request the return during the 24 hour period subsequent to the receipt of the order in the client’s address.

If the merchandise is in a bad state or there has been an error in the delivery, the customers could return the merchandise within the 7 working days subsequent to the receipt of the order in the client’s address. In that case, Madeincanaryisalnds will run with the returning expenses and the client will be able to choose whether to order the merchandise again or to get back the money spent. If the client wants to order the merchandise again, the delivery costs will be paid by Madeincanaryislands.

In the event of returning due to different reasons from the stated above and within the 7 day period subsequent to the receipt of the merchandise, the returning expenses should be covered by the customer.

The merchandise must be returned in its original package.
